Hello everyone,
After all the ballots have been substantially counted, our friends at the PA Democratic Party and the TTDems can now project that Timika Lane has won the 2nd seat on the Superior Court and FLIPPED that seat Democratic!
Judge Lane’s victory also seals in TTDems’ first-ever “PERFECT ELECTION” in a local year, meaning EVERY Democrat on the 2023 ballot WON their race!
Thanks to victories by Judge Lane & Jill Beck, we can also now announce that the PA Superior Court has FLIPPED to Democratic control!
Finally, it is important to reiterate the importance of the victory by our county judicial slate of Sarah Black, Nicole Forzato, Fredda Maddox, Thomas McCabe, and Deb Ryan. This was the largest single slate of candidates for judge in Chester County’s 341-year history, and thanks to our SWEEP, the Chester County Court of Common Pleas has FLIPPED from a 7-5 Republican majority to a 10-3 Democratic majority!
