Statewide Judges
PA Supreme Court


Justice Christine Donohue has built a career defined by fairness, independence, and integrity. With decades of experience as a litigator, Superior Court judge, and now Supreme Court Justice, she brings a steady and principled voice to the Commonwealth’s highest court. A Duquesne Law graduate and lifelong Pennsylvanian, she has earned bipartisan respect for her commitment to equal justice under the law. Justice Donohue is a critical defender of our rights—and we must reelect her to keep our courts fair and free from political influence.


Justice Kevin Dougherty brings a deep understanding of how the legal system affects real people. Before joining the Supreme Court, he led the Family and Trial Divisions in Philadelphia’s Court of Common Pleas, working to protect children, strengthen families, and expand access to justice. A graduate of Temple Law, Justice Dougherty continues to champion fairness, compassion, and public safety on the Supreme Court. With so much on the line in 2025, we need his experience and leadership more than ever.


Justice David Wecht has consistently stood up for Pennsylvanians’ fundamental rights—from fair elections to clean air, public education, and reproductive freedom. His thoughtful, principled opinions have made him a national leader in constitutional law and judicial independence. A Yale Law graduate and former Superior Court judge, he also teaches law in Pennsylvania and abroad. Justice Wecht is exactly the kind of Justice we need on the Court—and the GOP is targeting him for it. We must reelect him to keep our rights secure.
PA Superior Court


Judge Brandon Neuman brings a rare combination of courtroom experience, legislative leadership, and a lifelong commitment to justice. Now in his eighth year on the Washington County Court of Common Pleas, he presides over civil cases and the Veterans Specialty Court, and has previously handled criminal and family matters. Before joining the bench, Judge Neuman served four terms in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, where he championed bipartisan legislation to eliminate the rape kit backlog and served on key criminal justice and sentencing commissions. A former trial lawyer and advocate for elder abuse victims, he knows how the legal system affects Pennsylvanians at every level. Judge Neuman is running for an open seat on the Superior Court, and electing him will help keep our courts fair, effective, and focused on justice for all.

Judge Alice Beck Dubow has served on the Superior Court since 2016, following eight years on the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, where she presided over criminal, civil, and juvenile cases.
Before taking the bench, she practiced law for more than two decades, including roles as Deputy General Counsel at Drexel University, Divisional Deputy City Solicitor for Philadelphia, and as a litigator in private practice. She began her legal career as a law clerk to Judge Edward G. Biester.
A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and its Law School, Judge Dubow is a member of the American Law Institute and serves on key statewide advisory committees, including the Juvenile Procedural Rules Committee and the Mental Health and Justice Advisory Committee.
She is also active in the nonprofit sector, having served on boards such as Carson Valley Children’s Aid, the Beck Institute, and the Opera Company of Philadelphia. Judge Dubow is widely respected for her experience, fairness, and deep commitment to justice.
It is critical that we retain Judge Dubow this November to ensure continued fairness and integrity on the Superior Court.
PA Commonwealth Court


Judge Stella Tsai brings decades of legal and judicial experience to her candidacy for Commonwealth Court. Appointed to the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas in 2016 and elected to a full term in 2017, she has served in the Criminal, Civil, Orphans’, and Family Court Divisions—earning a reputation for fairness, integrity, and deep legal insight. A former litigator and lifelong advocate for civil rights, voting rights, and immigrant justice, Judge Tsai has dedicated her career to ensuring equal access to the courts. Born in Harrisburg to immigrant parents, she carries with her a profound respect for democracy and public service. Her approach to judging centers on empathy, transparency, and a belief that every Pennsylvanian deserves dignity in the courtroom. Electing Judge Tsai will ensure that the Commonwealth Court reflects the values of justice, equity, and experience.

Judge Michael H. Wojcik has served on the Commonwealth Court since 2016, bringing over 26 years of legal experience to the bench. Before his election, he had a distinguished career in private practice and public service, including roles as Allegheny County Solicitor and Solicitor to the Allegheny County Airport Authority. His expertise spans municipal law, tax and assessment law, election law, civil rights, and personal injury.
A cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Judge Wojcik was also a member of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Juniata College and holds the rank of Eagle Scout, continuing to serve the Boy Scouts of America in leadership roles.
Judge Wojcik’s legal career reflects his commitment to fairness, integrity, and the rule of law—values that are especially important as we work to restore balance to the Commonwealth Court. Retaining Judge Wojcik is crucial to ensuring continued progress toward a fair and impartial judiciary for all Pennsylvanians.
Chester County Government
Court of Common Pleas (VOTE FOR 2)


Judge Mackenzie Smith is a District Judge and Attorney with over a decade of experience in all areas of criminal and civil law. She was recently selected to fill one of the open seats on the Court of Common Pleas through 2025. Having practiced in every level of court in the Pennsylvania and federal court system, including the U.S. Supreme Court, she understands each step in the legal process is equally important to preserving the integrity of our judicial system. Each person in her courtroom is treated with equal dignity, and all claims and defenses are adjudicated impartially. Mackenzie is dedicated to her family, our community, and the law and will serve with dedication and humility if elected.


Clay Cauley is an Administrative Law Judge, former Hearing Officer and seasoned attorney with 22 years of legal experience. He is known for his legal acumen, litigation proficiency, and commitment to justice.Clay served as General Counsel for organizations supporting individuals with substance use disorders and mental illness. As Chair of the Social Services Group for the Law Department, he led efforts to reduce the number of dependent children that were waiting for adoption by 50%. He is a former prosecutor and defense attorney who brings a balanced perspective to the bench. Cauley will serve with compassion, fairness and integrity.
County Treasurer


Patricia holds a RN degree from St. Francis School of Nursing and a Doctorate in Health Sciences from Sheffield University. She was sole founder and CIO of IKOR International Inc., providing patient advocacy and professional guardianship services to the profoundly disabled and seniors, a company that from Chester County has grown to more than 70 offices in 20 states. She has served as board member for the YMCA of Brandywine Valley and the Kennett Senior Center. She has the financial experience of successfully running a company and the assets of other individuals for many years. She has conducted her entire business career guided by the core values of integrity, transparency and trust, which she brings to County government. Patricia uses her corporate experience to ensure the Office of the Treasurer maintains tight accounting controls and the ability to innovate to improve services.
Clerk of Courts


Caroline is proud to call Chester County home. She has spent her career in marketing and communications and digital marketing. Caroline not only knows how to manage a large team and report to multiple stakeholders, but is also familiar with how to move processes from analog to digital, with an eye on efficiency. These skills are critical to the role of Clerk of Courts, ensuring that taxpayer dollars are being spent wisely and streamlining services to ensure that the administration of justice is efficient and accurate. The proud mom of two boys, Caroline and her husband (and childhood sweetheart), Evan, are raising their family in Malvern.
County Controller


As a lifelong resident of Chester County, growing up in Coatesville, graduating from West Chester University, and living in Downingtown with his wife and daughter, Nick Cherubino is deeply invested in the future of his community and ready to serve as Controller. Nick is a CPA with over 15 years of experience in both the public and private sector and has built his career as a trusted leader with experience managing all functions of the Controller’s group including serving as Controller for a $25M contracting company. Nick is committed to serving with integrity and to always do the right thing.
County Coroner


Sophia manages and oversees all functions of the office: administration, investigations, transportation and morgue-related duties. She has supervisor-on-duty responsibilities and is the direct supervisor for the investigators. Her achievements include streamlining the budget process and changing how payments are made in order to enhance transparency. She sits on multiple task forces throughout the County, coordinating with local law enforcement and other agencies. With the Coroner she shares duties including signing death certificates by providing cause and manner of death. Previously, she worked for the State of New Jersey as a Death Investigator for 6 years. She holds a master’s degree in Forensic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from California State with a certification in Forensic Identification, and has completed several internships and training programs. Sophia is certified with the American Board of Medicolegal Death Investigators and is working on the next level of fellowship and certified with the Pennsylvania Coroner’s Education Board. She will be prepared to lead the office on day one and will keep pushing for a modern forensic facility that provides the proper safety mechanisms for the office to work in the most important of circumstances, like a pandemic.
Tredyffrin/Easttown School Board
Region 1


Nicole Scherer has lived in Tredyffrin for 18 years with her husband Alex and their three children, including ‘23 and ‘25 Conestoga graduates. She has devoted over 15 years to T/E schools as a part of PTO’s, Cultural Arts at Hillside, the Co-chair of the Inter-School Council, and the district’s curriculum council and strategic planning group. She is also the Vice-Chair of the FLITE Board of Trustees and Programs Committee Co-Chair. Nicole works as a teacher at Trinity Preschool of Berwyn. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in foreign service from Georgetown University and a Master’s in social work from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Region 2


Dr. Robert Singh is a retired vascular surgeon, small business owner, and longtime Chesterbrook resident running for re-election to the T/E School Board. All three of his children are proud graduates of Conestoga High School. As the Chief Medical Officer of one of the largest ambulatory infusion centers in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Robert brings deep experience in financial oversight, strategic decision-making, and community-centered leadership. He is committed to academic excellence, transparency, and using data to guide smart, student-focused policies.
Region 3 (VOTE FOR 2)


Dr. Julie K. Mesaros brings a wealth of experience as a K-12 teacher, public servant, civic leader, policy analyst, and stepparent to school-aged children. She is dedicated to supporting T/E School District’s strong tradition of teaching, curricular, and extracurricular excellence.
Dr. Mesaros has 10 years of teaching experience in special education or English language classrooms in the United States and abroad. She received an Excellence in Teaching award for her work with international students at West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Mesaros attended public and private K-12 schools and holds advanced degrees – Master of Education from Eastern University (summa cum laude); and a Doctorate in Public Policy and Administration from West Chester University of Pennsylvania (summa cum laude). Her doctoral dissertation focused on decision-making by K-12 public education administrators in Pennsylvania, discovering how public school administrators can effectively make decisions and work together with a school board.
Dr. Mesaros now serves as Chief of Staff for State Representative Chris Pielli, who represents residents and organizations in the 156th legislative district. She directs his district office, which serves constituents of the greater West Chester area in a non-partisan fashion to express their views and resolve state agency related matters. Dr. Mesaros would bring this “Service to All” philosophy to the role of School Board Director, weighing the concerns of taxpayers while prioritizing the needs of all students.


Maryann Piccioni has lived in Easttown for 36 years with her husband Mike and their four children, all Conestoga graduates. First elected in 2021, she is seeking re-election to continue her work strengthening academic achievement and ensuring responsible planning for the District’s future. A former Development Director for Easttown Library, Maryann brings deep experience in community engagement, fundraising, and fiscal accountability. Her long history of service—from foster parenting to youth and library programs—reflects her commitment to supporting all students and families in T/E.
Tredyffrin Township Supervisor
At-Large (VOTE FOR 2)


David Miller, a 27-year Tredyffrin resident, is running for re-election to the Board of Supervisors—this time for an At-Large seat. A retired senior executive and longtime President of the Chesterbrook Civic Association, David brings decades of leadership in both business and community service. He has prioritized fiscal responsibility, public safety, infrastructure improvements, and stormwater management. David and his wife Maureen raised their three children in Tredyffrin, and he continues to serve on several corporate and nonprofit boards, including Philabundance.


Hans van Mol is a lifelong resident of Tredyffrin Township and a proud graduate of Conestoga High School. With deep roots in the community, Hans is dedicated to bringing a new generation of leadership focused on respect, collaboration, and progress.
Hans currently serves as the District Operations Director for PA House Speaker Joanna McClinton, where he helps shape strategic initiatives and provides vital support to constituents. His role demands effective problem-solving, communication, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders—skills he’s eager to bring to Tredyffrin Township as Supervisor.
As President of the Pennsylvania Young Democrats, Hans has empowered young people to engage in their communities and shape the future. Locally, his service as Zone Leader for the Tredyffrin Township Democrats has promoted community involvement and civic engagement.
Beyond public service, Hans is a respected judge for competitive marching band competitions with Cavalcade of Bands. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from West Chester University, reflecting his passion for the arts and education.
Hans resides in Paoli with his dog, Zeke, who proudly accompanies him on neighborhood walks and community events. Hans is running for Tredyffrin Township Supervisor to bring fresh perspectives, foster collaboration, and advocate for progress that benefits all residents.
2nd District (Middle)


Eamon C. Brazunas is running for Tredyffrin Township District 2 Supervisor with over 25 years of public safety experience and a resident of the T-E community for 36 years. Eamon has worked for the last 19 years in the non-profit and local government sectors and currently works full-time as a Chief of Fire & Emergency Services in Chester County.
A Chester County native, Eamon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising/Public Relations from Penn State University and a Master of Public Administration from Anna Maria College. He is a graduate of the U.S. Fire Administration’s Executive Fire Officer Program and is certified as a Chief Fire Officer.
Eamon is dedicated to serving his community, having also volunteered with the Berwyn Fire Company and holding leadership roles in regional fire service organizations. He is married with two daughters and is committed to bringing his experience in leadership, community service, and strategic planning to Tredyffrin Township.
