Many, many thanks to all who contributed to Tuesday’s success with their time and determined efforts to see our Democratic candidates prevail. Whether you volunteered to phone and canvass voters, stuff bags and deliver campaign literature, or work at the polls on Election Day, your efforts were invaluable! And thank you for turning out to vote!
Of the 22,213 registered voters in Tredyffrin, 17,222 voted on Tuesday – a 77.5% turnout that almost matched 2008’s record. President Obama received 8,786 votes to Mitt Romney’s 8,232 in Tredyffrin- a 51% to 47.5% advantage. Democrats make up 39% of registered voters in our township.
