If fracking is not doing enough to destroy water quality in Pennsylvania;  our representative,Warren Kampf, just voted to pass HB1565 which eliminates buffer zones around streams for new development. Previously the clean water act required a buffer zone between the waterway and new development.  Our drinking water and the water quality of our streams could be adversely effected by this new law.
