Mental Health: By the Numbers & Parity

In a world that can seem upside down, we will take a closer look at mental health. We will start with a review of the numbers; who are the people that suffer mental health issues and how can we best characterize them.  And then we will talk about Mental Health Parity. Mental Health Parity describes the equal treatment of mental health conditions with physical health conditions.  Winifred Shaw Hope MSS, LCSW will be joining us to talk about mental health parity. Please join us as we discuss how and why this world seems upside down and what can and should be done to correct this.

The session will start at 7:30pm, but we have the room starting at 7:00pm, so, please come a few minutes early for some casual conversation.

Please feel free to share this invitation broadly—all are welcome.  We hope you can join us…and bring a friend or two.

Any questions, please contact Jerry Henige, jhenige@verizon.net, 610 341-0756.
