Tredyffrin Township would like to welcome residents to participate in our Community Yard Sale on Saturday, April 25, 2026 from 9:00 AM to 2 PM. This event is free to participate! Join your neighbors to sell everything from furniture to fashion, kitchenware to collectibles. Toys, books, decor, electronics and much more, all at bargain prices!
Residents who would like to participate must fill out the Community Yard Sale Application(PDF, 86KB) available at the Township Building, or found on our website. Please submit your completed application to Colleen Cappello at ccappello@tredyffrin.org or by mailing it to 1100 DuPortail Road, Berwyn, PA 19312.
Registration deadline is Friday, April 17, 2026. Participation in the event includes your yard sale address listed in our “Yard Sale Guide” (coming soon) which will include a full list of yard sale locations (addresses only). The Yard Sale Guide will be advertised on our website and social media.
Please note:
- All yard sales must take place between the hours of 9 AM and 2 PM during the date determined by the Township (April 25, 2026)
- All sales should be visible in the yard or driveway. No one should approach or enter homes.
- HOA rules should be followed.
- A yard sign will be dropped off a week prior to participants.
- Tredyffrin Township is not responsible or liable for any transactions/sales.
