he proposed budgets are published and accessible on the SEPTA website: https://wwww.septa.org/reports. If SEPTA does not receive additional state funding, the fare increases and service cuts will be the first in a series of escalating cost cutting measures. SEPTA will afford an opportunity for interested persons or agencies to be heard with respect to the budgets at the public hearings.
Those wishing to speak at either session in-person or via WebEx must register by the start time on the day of each public hearing. SEPTA representatives will be available at each hearing to listen to public comments and testimony. A sign language interpreter will be present during the public hearings. Individuals may submit comments via email on the Operating Budget (operatingbudget@septa.org) or Capital Budget (capbudget@septa.org), provide oral comments via voicemail by calling 215-580-7771 (Capital Budget) or 215-580-7772 (Operating Budget), or file written comments by mailing the Senior Director, Budgets & Transformation, Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, 1234 Market St., 9th Floor, Philadelphia, PA 19107.
