Meeting Schedule for 2019 Adopted at Organizational Meeting on 2 January 2019
• Regular meetings of the Board of Supervisors – First and Third Monday of each month at 7 PM.
• Regular meetings of the Municipal Authority – Third Tuesday of each quarter at 7 PM (starting in
January).
• Regular meetings of the Planning Commission – Third Thursday of each month at 7 PM
• Regular meetings of the Zoning Hearing Board – Fourth Thursday of each month at 7 PM, except
for November and December
• Regular meetings of the Historical Commission – Bi-monthly Third Wednesday at 7 PM (starting
in January).
• Regular meetings of the Park & Recreation Board – Second Wednesday of January, March, April,
May, June, September, October and November at 7 PM.
• Regular meetings of the Libraries’ Board of Trustees – Fourth Thursday of each month January
through December (no meeting in November) at the Tredyffrin Public Library at 7:30 PM. In
February, June and October, the Board meets at Paoli Library at 7:30 PM.
• Regular meetings of the Environmental Advisory Council – Bi-monthly Second Tuesday at 7 PM
(starting in February).
• Regular meetings of the Traffic Committee – Third Wednesday of each quarter at 7:30 AM
(starting in March).
• Regular meetings of the Pension Trustees – Second Wednesday of each quarter at 7:30 AM
(starting in February).
• Stormwater Committee – to be scheduled as needed
