In 2022 over 43,000 Democrats voted by mail. You can apply now to vote by mail in the primary election on May 16th. Ballots will be mailed out in late April. You can then mail it back before May 7 giving the postal service plenty of time to deliver the ballot to voter services or take it to a dropbox.
PA’s no-excuse vote-by-mail options make voting by mail easy safe and appealing. Covid is still with us. Voting by mail is easy, saves the voter time, and increases personal safety. Deadline for your application to be received by Voter Services is May 9 at 5 pm. But you can Apply now and receive your ballot in the first ballot mailing from Voter Services. Be sure to check the box for annual VBM voting. This insures you will receive a ballot for the primary and the general election.

- Apply for a mail-in ballot at vote.pa.gov/applymailballot

- If you’re worried about mail delivery, you’ll be able to drop off your voted ballot at Voter Services, 601 Westtown Road, West Chester, up through Election Day. There will be additional secure drop boxes around the county. When the locations and hours are available, we’ll announce the info.
Voter Services will be mailing reminders to annual VBM voters in February. No reason to wait till then. Apply now.
