It’s time to apply to vote by mail in the Primary Election on Tuesday, May 19, 2026.

Deadline for your mail ballot application to be received by Chester County Voter Services is 5pm on May 12, 2026.

Did you know? – Over 3,000 Democrats (1 in 3) voted by mail in Tredyffrin Township in the 2025 General Election.
- You can Apply Now (click here) and receive your ballot in the first ballot mailing from Chester County Voter Services. Be sure to check the box “Yes” for annual vote by mail (VBM) voting (see image below), which ensures you will receive a mail ballot for BOTH the primary election and the general election this year.
- Ballots will be mailed out in mid to late April. — You can then mail it back by May 9 to give the postal service plenty of time to deliver the ballot to Chester County Voter Services.
- Alternatively, you can take it to Chester County Voter Services -OR- place into a secure drop box up until 8 pm on Election Day. There will be secure drop boxes around Chester County starting 2 weeks prior to Election Day. Our closest drop box location will be in front of Easttown Library (720 First Ave, Berwyn).
- PA’s no-excuse vote-by-mail options make voting by mail easy, convenient, and appealing. Voting by mail is easy and saves the voter time.
