The deadline for applications to be received by voter services is Tuesday, the 14th of May. But that is too late for you to complete the process of voting by the final deadline for your voted ballot to reach voter services of Friday, the 17th. If you will be unable to vote in person on the 21st of May, you must put your application in the mail now. Better yet drive to West Chester and you can vote at Voter Services now. Walk in with the application and they will hand you a ballot to complete. Otherwise you may need to pay the post office for expedited service to have your vote counted.
