Voters in PA! – You can now apply to vote by mail-in or absentee ballot for the General Election on November 4, 2025.

*Deadline to deliver your mail-in or absentee ballot application to Chester County Voter Services is 5:00 PM on October 28, 2025. You can hand-deliver your application or return it by mail, but it must be received (not postmarked) by the deadline.
*Deadline to return your completed mail-in or absentee ballot is 8:00 PM on November 4, 2025. You can hand-deliver your ballot or return it by mail to Chester County Voter Services, but it must be received (not postmarked) by the deadline. -OR- You can place your ballot in a secure drop box located around Chester County by the deadline. Drop boxes typically open about 2 weeks before Election Day.
NOTE: If you already requested to be on the annual mail-in ballot list, you do not need to apply again. You’ll automatically receive a mail-in ballot for the primary election AND general election every year.

- If you’re worried about U.S. Mail delivery, you’ll be able to drop off your completed ballot at Chester County Voter Services, 601 Westtown Road, Suite 150 in West Chester, up through Election Day (8pm on November 4, 2025). There will be additional secure ballot drop boxes around Chester County. When these locations and hours of operation are available, we’ll announce that info.
