Brandon Neuman

Judge Brandon Neuman brings a rare combination of courtroom experience, legislative leadership, and a lifelong commitment to justice. Now in his eighth year on the Washington County Court of Common Pleas, he presides over civil cases and the Veterans Specialty Court, and has previously handled criminal and family matters. Before joining the bench, Judge Neuman served four terms in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, where he championed bipartisan legislation to eliminate the rape kit backlog and served on key criminal justice and sentencing commissions. A former trial lawyer and advocate for elder abuse victims, he knows how the legal system affects Pennsylvanians at every level.
