Drop Boxes are the safest and most reliable way to return your ballot.
You may not return ballots for others unless the voter is incapacitated. The authorization form to return a ballot for another voter can be downloaded. Authorized Designated Agent for Mail-In or Absentee Ballot Form is available in English and Spanish.

You still have until October 31 to apply to vote by mail. But you need to apply online and use a drop box. The USPS will not deliver in time. Apply now vote.pa.gov/applymailballot
