Conestoga High School Leads PA with Fifty National Merit Semifinalists
Conestoga High School has again reported the most National Merit Semifinalists in all of Pennsylvania with 50 this year. Sixteen thousand of the highest scorers qualify as Semifinalists annually, representing less than 1 percent of the nation’s high school graduating seniors. This recognition is based on the students’ performance on the Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. These academically talented high school seniors will go on to compete for over 7,600 scholarships through the National Merit Corporation or its sponsoring organizations.
