Our representative, Warren Kampf, voted for this bill. It removes protections for many streams across Pennsylvania including Valley Creek which crosses Tredyffrin.

On 15 October the Pennsylvania House passed HB1565 which removes minimum setbacks for development on high quality streams. Warren Kampf, our representative, voted with the majority to approve the bill and send it to Governor Corbett. One of the stream losing protection is Valley Creek which crosses Tredyffrin. Many organizations opposed this bill.
