Hans was the youngest President of the Chester County Pops Orchestra, and presided over their capital campaign, modernized their operations and increased patronage. Through efficient budgeting, he enacted a wage increase for each musician. A resident of Tredyffrin, Hans is primed and ready to bring a new age of leadership to the State House and attack the issues that concern all Pennsylvanians.
