Vote YES to Retain!
Judge Michael Wojcik (Incumbent)

Judge Michael H. Wojcik has served on the Commonwealth Court since 2016, bringing over 26 years of legal experience to the bench. Before his election, he had a distinguished career in private practice and public service, including roles as Allegheny County Solicitor and Solicitor to the Allegheny County Airport Authority. His expertise spans municipal law, tax and assessment law, election law, civil rights, and personal injury.

A cum laude graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Judge Wojcik was also a member of the University of Pittsburgh Law Review. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Juniata College and holds the rank of Eagle Scout, continuing to serve the Boy Scouts of America in leadership roles.

Judge Wojcik’s legal career reflects his commitment to fairness, integrity, and the rule of law—values that are especially important as we work to restore balance to the Commonwealth Court. Retaining Judge Wojcik is crucial to ensuring continued progress toward a fair and impartial judiciary for all Pennsylvanians.
