OFA is working with folks on the ground to prepare them for a successful August recess. The training will involve a few modules on organizing as well as time to break out and plan events for recess. First, we’ll cover how to have dialogue with people we disagree with and why it’s so difficult, an important part of moving our work forward. We’ll then talk about different ways to make August recess productive, such as how to ask good questions at town halls, how to host rallies and office visits, and how to write a good letter to the editor.
